I'm actually becoming concerned about the repercussions on our immune system after months of sterile living. I think expposure to a few germs is good exercise for our immune system.
My home is certainly not sterile. Unless you are a compulsive cleaner, there are plenty of germs in your house And you’ve been exposed to most common viruses over your lifetime. You are only avoiding the novel one. Not worth getting sick to try and hope you develop immunity without it killing you.
@Barnie2years Yes, I agree this is not like exposing you to the regular flu. Even if you get sick and recover you could get it again. The concern with even getting this is how sick you could get and have lasting organ damage, strokes, inflammatory disease or whatever. I think this is more dangerous.
The good old days of hugs and kisses, parties and meals out with friends and family. When will we see them again?
Thank you for my morning healing laugh....my candle wish came true
I've often felt a bit squeamish eating cake when I know the birthday blower has a cold. Perhaps it will become fashionable to blow out candles in more creative ways, like those rubber blowout bulbs you squeeze that blow air for cleaning gadgets.
School kids cupcakes have been spreading germs for 200 years .....now I have 2 reasons to eat UPSIDE DOWN CAKE ....flip or pineapple
