I had some squash, carrots and peppers I needed to use. Sauté’d and put over pasta. None left so I’d say the critics have spoken. Vegan with my nooch parm on top.

Does anyone follow Esther the Wonder Pig? I'm so totally in love with her and her family (2 dads, a pit bull, and a turkey). Esther's Kitchen has some great recipes. They have cooking/baking videos as well.
