My daughter wanted to make gnocchi, I’m now exhauste, lol ...but so worth it. Vegan deliciousness... as for the recipe, basically potato’s, flower and hard work:)

Had a ton of dough leftover from last nights gnocchi so I used a meat free chop meat to stuff it like a Stromboli and we have a giant stuffed gnocchi loaf. Yea, I don’t care about the rules:) Very dense but delicious, probably will never do this ...

Fed the troops (3 kids and my Mom)... yuca boiled with garlic sauce and two pans of whatever was in the fridge roasted in olive/coconut oil, salt & pepper and turmeric.... plus everyone picked a song to hear during dinner... at least they are vegan...

Tomorrow I’m going to Trader Joe’s ... my get fat headquarters. My list is vegan ice cream, brownie cookie crisps and wine. I doubt I can grab just those things and go, Trader Joe’s will run about 150 bucks by the time I’m done.

Vegan puttanesca:) was delicious. Just skip the anchovies and presto, it’s vegan. I added chopped artichoke hearts, tomatoes, two kinds of olives, capers and lots of garlic. This dish will be back, delicious.
