Bush beans on left, which have given us delicious food half a dozen times already. Tomatoes in the middle, and they're about the size of a garlic clove now. Pole beans on right coming up nice.

Banana trees picking up a little. The little one had it's own root, but the big one was off a larger root base. I transplanted the about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Was worried they might not take, but they are establishing well.

Kid said he felt like being outdoors today. So I gave him the chainsaw. Just about killed ourselves... but the dead cherry tree is almost down. Maybe build a second pond there? Pondering.

Cactus will not survive the Midwest winter, so my cactus garden spends six months in the house and then six months outside. Here are a couple of pictures. I will send another when I get the cacti placed in the outdoor area.
