Agree with you on that one, due to personal experience. An order in my recent divorce proceedings wasn’t legal for six months because the judge didn’t word it properly. When I formally complained, it wasn’t picked up for three months. Only received an acknowledgment after my third letter. The justice system here is essentially broken and I have no faith in it whatsoever.
@Zealandia A friend claims it a communist plot to result in people universally accepting communism. . . Some convention in 1923.
In my own life I had forced upon me a plea of guilty for disobeying a court order that was the result of complainant, police & witness perjury. I was not allowed to say anything in my defense.
