@Lilac-JadeCanada One of the scariest things I ever experienced was walking home from work in a rainstorm and coming across ball lightning that then exploded. I nearly had a reaction in my pants with that one. It was terrifying.

I later worked out that ball lightning is really rare, so thankfully the chances of it occurring again are negligible.

@Zealandia I had one experience with it too as a child, & that was one too many.

I feel for those poor people who get struck by lightning more than once. It’s not funny really.

@Zealandia Well my episode as a kid has left me with a lot of permanent lightning fear, even when I'm inside.
