19 Jul 2019 In spite of my transgressions this week, my weight today is 312 lbs, which means I've lost 138 pounds since my all time high. I'm celebrating because my walking is going well and I weigh only 312 lbs! I'll be under 300 lbs soon! :)

Yesterday I ate too much, about 1600 calories. My wife brought some Chinese food home from a luncheon with colleges. It had a little chicken and I ate it. Today I feel weak and a bit dizzy. My glucose is OK. I don't understand why I'm not feeling OK....

Yesterday I ate too much, around 1500 calories. This morning I'm not hungry, and decided to try to fast for 36 hours, till 9:00 am tomorrow. I've fasted for 24 hours, so 36 is a challenge.
