I had an accident in a foreign last year and still plagued by low issues and a sacrum that rotates if I make the wrong move (whatever that is - always a surprise). Have done the PT and regularly go to chiro. Am thinking about having the spine shot....

Tell me, what are your thoughts on HICE v HIIT? And can you back it up with research? From actual journals (NSCA Journal of Strength Conditioning Research, APS Journal of Physiology etc), not fitness magazines.

So this happened to me yesterday riding home. On a road with a bike lane I am in the lane riding North. Not much traffic and a sporty Dodge Charger is heading south, as he went by he yell the N word at me. What is that all about?

Leg Day. Right knee almost completely cartilage free. Scheduled for replacement 5 July. Left knee not far behind. Probably get it replaced with the new year. Doing what I can.
