Weird workout this evening, in a hurry and I have a sore arm. Completely failed at bent over row due to the sote elbow. After loading the bar I had to unload and put it bad in the rack ☹️. Is there anything more shaming ?

I had leg day on Sunday. A new routine full of squats and lunges. I was sore yesterday , and now I’m really sore today. It’s running day. Do I ignore the soreness and go anyway, or let the soreness pass first?
