Question for the walkers and runners. Do you walk or run regardless of weather? I have always admired people that are out there rain or shine!

Natural fitness, just from work and being active, no pumping iron at this point. Not a muscle man but still feeling good in my nice healthy body and pretty good cardio from running, skiing, swimming, yoga, etc.

Progress is progress. I got down to 170 before the holidays of 2017 from a 230 in 2013. It was not a straight line, with the stress of life interrupting my workouts. I've hi 200 twice again after dropping below it in 2014. I'm at 185 right now, and...

I did the 1.5 hr workout. I even bought new shorts for the gym. I like them a lot. I had a good time today. I saw an old friend on the bus. I gave him my number. Only as friends though. I'll go back on Monday hopefully.
