I'm dead. I just did 50 flights of stairs in 11 minutes. The last time I did 38 flights of stairs in 11.5 minutes. My glutes hurt now. It's time to go home and shower.

I was all doomy gloomy when I got home today. It would’ve been so easy to just get under the covers and disappear the world. Instead I cranked up some vintage rock-a-billy tunes and had an ass-kicking workout. Huzzah!

I train every day, but I modify my exercise daily. Some days, solely cardio, usually interval training/calisthenics. When I lift, I include body weight with free weights. This combination works well with a clean diet.

Yesterday I ran an 8k in Chattanooga The Chattanooga Heros Run I sucked. There was a race at the beginning of Febuary I ran. Almost the same course. I was 3 minutes faster than yesterday.
