For unique passwords, I use the first letter of each word in a sentence:
Smmcmp! = Stop making me change my password!
Iguoal3737 = I grew up on a lake 3737. (street number).
Gmoowb4w! = Get me out of Wenatchee before winter!

At work we have to use a 15 character password that includes numbers plus a symbol. I have a word, an abbreviation, a year and a currency symbol to remember. At least we don’t have to change it ever again.
101 Dalmations would have been a little much, huh?
