I strongly support counseling, even though a marriage counselor seduced my ex during "treatment"....shoulda passed her by, for sure......

@FearlessFly I have happily used PayPal ever since it was invented, and it IS regulated, just not as a bank. I even have a "2% back on everything" PayPal Mastercard that I use pretty much daily. Never a problem, and they stand squarely behind you if you have a problem with a merchant/merchandise.
