Over St Patrick's day weekend I participated in my first pickleball tournament & took 3rd place! All that practice was fun, an excellent cardio workout and won me a little bronze medal! ? Woo hoo!

I am a fanatical trainer, daily, interval training, gymnastics, heavy weights, pull ups by the hundreds. Anyone else enjoy shredding the body. I find it complements my otherwise intellectual life.

I had leg day on Sunday. A new routine full of squats and lunges. I was sore yesterday , and now I’m really sore today. It’s running day. Do I ignore the soreness and go anyway, or let the soreness pass first?

I fulfilled a challenging bucket list dream of cycling in the mountains of Lake Tahoe with a girlfriend. We saw a professional team (Quick Step) out on a training ride. What a thrill to take my favorite sport to a new location!
