I am a 63-year-old Vegan. I have worked out for years. I never worry how much I weigh, how fast I run, how much weight I live, how thin my waist is, how fast I run, my weight or how big my muscles are. Instead, I only focus on being consistent. ...

I got some new fitness results! From being over 29% body fat and 225 lbs, I dropped down to 198.8 lbs (after eating) with 16.6% body fat, in about six weeks. My goal is to get down to 185lbs, with no hip fat, arm fat, lower belly, pubic fat or ...

Has anyone ever had back of knee pain? What did you do about it? I've been walking 6-9 miles a day and I pulled something back there. I watched a video on how to massage it, but it only works a little bit and then the pain and tightness comes back ...

Weird workout this evening, in a hurry and I have a sore arm. Completely failed at bent over row due to the sote elbow. After loading the bar I had to unload and put it bad in the rack ☹️. Is there anything more shaming ?

EXERCISE AS THERAPY Had a bad day. Knucklehead at work crossed a line with me one time too many. Forced myself to face how I'm still stuck in a bad pattern of behavior which at one point in my life I knew better. So I channeled that anger and ...

Hi all, I have been in to fitness since about my mid to late twenties, before that was never really an athlete of any sort - more of a mathlete really. Then I realized I couldn’t run a few metres without wanting to keel over. So first I started ...

After my mother died 4 years ago, I became very depressed and just ate myself into oblivion. I went from weighing about 140 pounds to nearly 250 pounds quite quickly. At 5'5", that is a lot of extra weight to carry around. I just didn't care about ...

Irish Soles 5k Road Race!! I finished 9th in my age group. Believe it or not 55-60 is a pretty tough group. The race started and finished in front of Chattanooga Brewing. Had a local stout dark beer pre race. 9.2 per cent alcohol. So I was running ...

Hello there. I've been a meat eater for much of my life, but I'm considering switching to a primarily plant-based diet (I'll still do fish, I expect, but eliminating dairy is on the list). That said, I'm curious how people who've done plant-based ...
