It's back to school next Tuesday so I'm going to leave my gym membership for this month and see if I can make the time to get there? If not I'll cancel next month and have to motivate myself to work out at home ?. Wish me luck ?

Run For Her Freedom Last night I ran in the Run For Her Freedom 5k. 33:52 was my time. Was real pleased with it. We had rain the last part of the week, so had to detour around a rising creek. But was a good time.
