I’m about to go to GNC to look at preworkout selections. Do y’all have any likes/dislikes/advice/opinions on preworkout drink mixes?

I've lost about 100lbs in a little under a year and a half. It all comes down to dieting. Healthy carbs, healthy sugars, drop soda and juice and alcohol, don't eat past 9pm. Lastly the worst for some people is working out, when it shouldn't be. There...

Anybody watching the Tour de France? I've missed it this summer. What are your thoughts on doping in sports?

I took a little more than 3 weeks off from exercise. I got back to it today, and towards the end of my workout, I felt like I was going to be sick. This always happens when I take a little break. Maybe Friday will be better.
