Does anyone have any perspective on creatine use in the time of covid-19? I've heard that creatine is an inflammatory and that anything that causes inflammation can produce negative results if you get hit by it.

Today I hiked 6.7 miles; 73 floors in about 2 hours... moderate/hard at times. Definitely have been missing the trails. Thinking 7 miles is my max, was about to get in no problem in my 20s. What's your average hike?
