I took a little more than 3 weeks off from exercise. I got back to it today, and towards the end of my workout, I felt like I was going to be sick. This always happens when I take a little break. Maybe Friday will be better.

Since I’m self employed I prefer to do Insanity workouts at home so I can still answer the phone for potential sales at my naturopathic store.

Today I will actually be able to go to the gym. It's been 3 weeks now since I went the last time. Yay! A 2 hr workout for me. I'll try the stair climbing thing. I hope it works out my glutes as well as my legs?

Run For Her Freedom Last night I ran in the Run For Her Freedom 5k. 33:52 was my time. Was real pleased with it. We had rain the last part of the week, so had to detour around a rising creek. But was a good time.
