7/14/18 I guess i am back on track! i have lost the 10 lbs i gained and back to 280lbs. My appetite seems to be mild and not so aggressive and i hope it doesnt change. Started back doing my walking regularly. (feeling good right now)

19/07/18 Damn, have certainly plateaued, have been stuck on 135kg (297 pounds) for over a week, oh well, off for a 4 mile walk in an hour. Have stayed under 1000 calories per day intake since 1st June, only one day I blew it, - a party.

Yesterday I ate too much, around 1500 calories. This morning I'm not hungry, and decided to try to fast for 36 hours, till 9:00 am tomorrow. I've fasted for 24 hours, so 36 is a challenge.

Yesterday I ate too much, about 1600 calories. My wife brought some Chinese food home from a luncheon with colleges. It had a little chicken and I ate it. Today I feel weak and a bit dizzy. My glucose is OK. I don't understand why I'm not feeling OK....
