Friday 06/15/18 ok so i did my follow up with my physician. Blood work looks great and no sign of issues. My appetite seems to be calming down which as allowed me to lose 5 of the 10 lbs i gained recently. I have resumed my 5 mile jog/walk. lets hope...

Daily Check-in: Better day for eating, not so much on activity. Did go to senior exercise class and in the evening, water exercise but in between I did little of consequence. In fact, spent over an hour napping on the sofa. Saving up my strength...

7/14/18 I guess i am back on track! i have lost the 10 lbs i gained and back to 280lbs. My appetite seems to be mild and not so aggressive and i hope it doesnt change. Started back doing my walking regularly. (feeling good right now)

It seems recently my body is not happy with peanuts. Thats a shame I love peanuts but I feel now they are being rejected. Does anyone else have things they have always eaten now lost to them?

I found this article about drinking COLD water. Surprisingly, consuming 8 glasses per day of cold water will, over time, actually make some difference in weight loss. An interesting read.
