Today I hiked 6.7 miles; 73 floors in about 2 hours... moderate/hard at times. Definitely have been missing the trails. Thinking 7 miles is my max, was about to get in no problem in my 20s. What's your average hike?

I'm going to run this race in about an hour. Will try real hard to educate the Christians but am Skeptical of my chances! finishing under 30 minutes is a more realistic and realistic goal for me.
