Today I hiked 6.7 miles; 73 floors in about 2 hours... moderate/hard at times. Definitely have been missing the trails. Thinking 7 miles is my max, was about to get in no problem in my 20s. What's your average hike?

Two weeks ago I started back working out at the gym. It surprised me to learn that my gym has been "rebranded." It was called LA Fitness now it is Esporta. Oh well. Everything looks the same. 😁
