I think i finally got it together! Finally several days in a row eating within calorie range and not even a desire to binge. I'm getting my strength training routine together to start next week to go along with my cycling. I've got this!

Just joined the group. At one time I weighted 356 lbs. In 2004 I opted for lap ban surgery and have been able to keep off over 140 lbs. I know it saved my life. If I can help any of my new friends I will be glad to.

Friday 06/15/18 ok so i did my follow up with my physician. Blood work looks great and no sign of issues. My appetite seems to be calming down which as allowed me to lose 5 of the 10 lbs i gained recently. I have resumed my 5 mile jog/walk. lets hope...
