If you are exercising and also gaining muscle, this could explain the stall. A stall isn't necessarily a bad thing, as muscle weighs more than fat. If not, then lowering your calorie intake is always effective. Weight loss= burning more calories than you take in.

I had asked because I wanted to share a certain app with you that's only available for Android, but being that your phone model is a slightly older one, not sure this particular app would be compatible. The app is called GetTube. Now, most videos on the net could easily be downloaded if you have a browser that supports such, but you cannot download videos on YouTube as that would violate Google's terms of use. However, GetTube allows you to download YouTube videos. Google Play has obviously banned the app due to what it can do, so you would have to download GetTube either on the Aptoide store or perhaps one of the known apk download sources such as APKPure or APKdl, if you are interested.

I think Where Did All The Love Go is somewhat obscure at present time. I heard it one day while driving in my car and it was played on a local radio station. Up to that time I had never heard about it or the band The Rebel Light, and when I went to look them up on the internet I could find very little about them, but thankfully YouTube had it so I can listen to it over and over again. I'm actually not that into modern music, I mostly listen to classic and punk rock from the 1980's and 1970's, but a few newer songs get my attention from time to time.

I hiked 6 miles today, cleaned a bathroom and a kitchen, did laundry...and transplanted my pepper plants.... But, hey, I suppose I should be more concerned with the fact that I've been here almost two months...and I'm still not a 7. Dammit. This post really makes me what to limit my time ...

Cool, sounds like you had a fulfilling day. Wish my day went like yours did. I started the day by clearing out four donation bins for the thrift store I work for (I also drive the 26ft long company truck), and had an additional three pickups at private residences, so that equaled two full truck loads. After work I helped my neighbor, who had been strickened with cancer twice now, to assemble a wooden storage closet because she is not able to do that kind of stuff easily on her own now. Then, I proceeded to shampoo a good majority of the carpeting in my apartment. Finally, I got some spare time to mingle on here with some of those I would consider friends. All things in moderation indeed, I couldn't agree more. When I get past allergy season, I'll be sure to take some nice nature walks as you had suggested, and especially do some sport shooting which I very much enjoy. By the way, I'm in the same group on here that you are in (you know which one I'm referring to), so maybe you could spare a post or two from your "daily limit of five" to talk about what said group advocates? I would be most interested in hearing what you have to say.

Most certainly! I have found that women keep secrets better for each other than we men do. All the women I have dated have informed me that female locker room talk is as bad, if not worse than ours.
