I am so sorry for your plight. You must take care of yourself first. A different therapist perhaps. Some natural medications might help. Arthritis? Castor oil on the joints. Exercise those lungs by placing weights on your chest. Do some research & avoid toxic people as much as possible. Find a purpose. Sing & put it in our music group. Have some fun here. Distract yourself. There is a whole world out here for you to discover & the internet is a great tool for that. People will treat you the way you permit. There are other options to complacentsy & tolerance of toxic behavior. Become an introvert such as I & you won;t desire human interaction. Except here of course.. Do not permit him to abuse you. I plant only natives so the only struggle I have is to keep invasives to a minimum. Multi flora roses were planted years ago as thorn fencing for livestock. Wonderfully fragrant I permit one bush on the perimeter. To grow garden roses requires extreme attention best left to the public rose gardens maintained by the pros or those that have the verve. Unless one is in a cool moist area such as the UK or Newport Rhode Island, it becomes too much of a challenge. More challenges is what I don't need. Lovely pics.

Lots of hostas here in Wisconsin. Will have my cook parlay this into her next batch of something. Appealing to everyone to cook every garlic mustard they find prior to seeding. This is a nutritious green similar to spinach but murderous to our diminishing native woodland flowers & their habitat. Biennial & a nazi plant.

Near Chicago, southward into Indiana there are now foraging laws as restaurants advertising wild edibles becomes en vogue, whole areas have been wiped out by poachers selling to this market. Chi Ka Go means "stink place" due to the wild allium family that permeates this area in the language if the first democracy/republic in the New World that America is based on.....Haudenasaunee or Iroquois (in French). So the tiny onions, garlic, chives, leeks are now being threatened as the wild mushroom population is in Oregon, Ginseng in Wisconsin, morels in the remaining oak forests on which they depend. Ethics.

My wife tried to tip a Wallmart cashier $5, but was rebuffed.

The [practice of "tipping" began after emancipation of our citizens in bondage. As the influx of free people seeking employment skyrocketed, tipping became a means of an owner of the business not having to "employ" someone. They could work for themselves as well as bring in the owners profit on product. No liability for the owner, & "tipping" or "to ensure prompt service" was born. Tipping is fine if one tips big as Howard Stern does. He was once a dishwasher in a restaurant & said he had the best complection around. The women folk will understand.

Here in Wisconsin the orioles have arrived along with the catbirds. Grape jelly is the most popular energy replacement food. Rufus sided towhee & white crowned sparrows passing thru. Such a rush is the spring migration.
