Old habits die hard. Ever manage to kill a bad habit? Or, is there one you'd like to kill?
evergreen comments on Jan 15, 2018:
My lifelong love affair with sugar. I'm in good shape, Same size as I was in my 20's. I eat healthy. Never drank or smoked. I work out regularly. But like some smokers, I get off sugar, feel noticeably better right away ... but then manage to be seduced back into my old habits at some point ...

Why is it you think masturbation was a bad habit? One of those influences of the church? Personally I think masturbation is wonderful and if anyone disagrees they can drop dead.

HippieChick58 replies on Jan 16, 2018:
I had horrible nails all my life, very weak thin, and slow growing. Then I got acrylic nails, stronger than my natural nails. Downside is cost and upkeep, however the nails look great most of the time. I've had acrylics since January 2009, and not planning to stop. Yeah it is way counter to my mostly natural lifestyle, but I can live that that dissonance, for now.

I don't know if it is common or uncommon, I've never been asked before. It is part of my history, 6 years in the military and another 12 as a spouse. If you didn't know, TLAs are rampant in the military and many other industries. Every time I've changed jobs I've had to learn new TLAs.

I have seen so many scams. My rule is if I haven't met you face to face you aren't a real person. Recently I had been corresponding with a "local" guy who went to Cyprus to do some work, he needed a new Macbook and watch because his got busted enroute and there was no one else to ask (poor baby). I asked for proof of identity and security for the loan. OMG, the stuff he sent. I wanted to see a picture of his driver's license, he left it at home while he traveled. It is morbidly amusing to see what they will come up with. Sadly I've known ladies that have sent big money to these creeps. I got unfriended by a Facebook friend when I let her know the man she was sending money to was now hitting me up for money. How terribly sad for her.
