@RobertNappi2 I'd start by writing the text of the petition first. You need to have a deliverable in front of people to get them to sign it. Then you need to market it. Several progressive sites advertise things like this, but they aren't free. Then you need a secure way to solicit signatures, check for duplicates, and tabulate the results. You might be able to tie into some existing infrastructure to do this part. Then, you need to press the case for your petition and make sure those who need to see it actually do see it. None of this is impossible, none of it is easy, none of it is free. Good luck, RN! I hope you can use the momentum from your anger to do it.

"There is no indication that the proposal was endorsed by the regime, though some initial media reports claimed that was the case.
