A lot of the other stuff you mention was driven by international economics and newly multi-national corporations with the ability to operate in several different parts of the world to minimize their costs and maximize their markets, and I doubt any president (let alone this ass cabbage) could have successfully addressed them. And yes, the ultimate method of removal is via the ballot box with a solid candidate and a willingness to attack sacred cows to achieve an agenda that lifts all.
