I, too was torn between Trump and Clinton. I was tempted to just "stay home"...and I read that 100 million did just that. Before I continue; you should know I support conservative POV....except, of course, their clinging to the tenets of Christianity. You could say that I'm an agnostic/progressive with Conservative leanings. Trump and his ilk have really strayed off the Conservative agenda. Conservatives believe in a tight budget. He's put us to record numbers on our debt to other nations...mostly to China. And now that Clinton has been cleared of all charges, and that the Russian interference is confirmed...it seems like Hillary might have been the smarter choice. Now I lean toward Bernie. Bernie was my favored choice before Hillary. How, you might ask..would a Conservative favor Sanders? Easy. Sanders wants a much tighter budget. Sanders wants a better, healthier citizenry (health care for all). Sanders wants a smarter America with free post HS college and trade school free for those who qualify. Sanders wants to tackle Environmental degradation with a build up of alternative energy and a final crush on fossil fuels. Trump supports fossil fuels...and thinks Wind turbines cause cancer. What a joke he's turned out to be. Trump and his alleged pseudo-conservative push has led to filling the pockets of the gas and oil barons, while keeping the middle class under the thumb. Not good. And no...Sanders is not a communist/socialist. He wants democratic socialism. Far smarter. Far more budget - conscious. So let me conclude by suggesting that everyone plans to vote. We cannot allow the 100 million that stayed home in 2016 to happen - ever again. Dating via internet teaches you some shocking realities about the crude/rude world out there....so let's just say there's little to no "protocol" for breaking a first date...it's a whim thing. Be glad you didn't meet her; she's probably like that in her life....switching out without notice, and without logic. By the same token; be brutally honest. If you get a late "red flag" then tell her...don't let her show up to meet you and you not be there. Keep being positive. Keep posting lots of pictures; the more pics you post, the more that potential dates will "identify" with your likes and dislikes. Full body shots are important; She wants to know (and you, in turn, should want to know) what kind of shape they're in, phyique, etc. So post pics of you doing stuff, having fun....and expect the same from dates. And no; she's not interested in you in your bathing suit (yet) nor should you expect her to post that (yet) either...but -...full body shots shows you're not ashamed of who you are and what you like to do.

Yea...I've been called a grammar/spelling Nazi myself....but I let it slide...yet, it does piss me off when folks forget the basics. The problem I think - is that a lot of folks who are critical of poor spellers fail see why. Why, then, do we have a growing number of post-makers with poor grammar and spelling skills? Our nation's education system has gone slack. We've given up on teaching cursive. We no longer see the value of "detaining" students a grade level....it's now considered too "disturbing"...so we have to either help these folks learn the differences...or ignore them. This kind of reminds me of the well-intended sign maker who messed up...

I was very "christian" as a child...alter boy, choir member, acted in church plays...even helped my dad as volunteer "custodian"...and got married - my first time - in an Episcopal church. But the religion just phased out...as science education settled in. Being a science teacher....you get to see/learn about a lot of biblical "contradictions". By the late 70's I had given up "going" to church.

Three successful trips - one to Puerto Rico (the working vacation I took this spring to help my friend put Solar power on hurricane victim's homes), a leisure one on a Sailing ship, the Mandalay, with college buddy Ned, and a good road trip with the Tesla (free charging) up to NY....(from Florida) ...little did I know it would be the last time I'd see a dear old friend alive....RIP John Vett III. My son and grandson moved closer to where I live; now if I can just convince him to come visit his old man...

@dave1459 I think Steve Garrington is making a false equivalent. Many hate Trump; but few - if any - want him to fail. Many wish him ill...they laugh at his diet, his absurd lies about his height and weight...but I seriously doubt anyone has made any plans to do him harm. I concur with his last sentence; there's no winner in a divided nation... But no one "hates" for no reason. No one wants our nation to "fail". But we do want - and need - a new "pilot". You hate someone who has professed love, concern, or care for you/yours...but then turned his/her back. They lied. They deceived. They cheated - and got caught many, many times. So our love turned to distrust....and finally to hate. No one wants "the plane to crash" but when we see a pilot doing dangerous things that proves that we shouldn't be on that flight....and we can do something about that pilot? Then we who love our nation will be damned sure that we will do all we can to get that pilot under arrest.

I've been using the Total gym since the late 90's, and and before Chuck bought the rights to the title! (mine's a 1985 West Bend model....cables have been replaced - twice!) I've bought....then sold...many pieces of workout equipment...but there's one I swear by...did you know that the Total Gym is one of the best-selling infomercial products of all time? Insect based foods will grow in popularity when they reach three criteria; 1. They come in a palatable form (chips is a good start). 2. They're competitively priced. 3. They're significant sources of protein. Most folks shy away from the "high protein" snacks for the simple reason that they're pricey - even the plant-based ones. So the insect-food market has a few hurdles to pass to get "growing". $14.99 for a bag of chips aint there yet.

Wow...sexual bias/resentment/hatred for sure there!! It's a two way street, IMO. If you want to live long and well...you eat smart, you push yourself to exercise; you learn to deal with hunger, and you do the best you can to stay clean, neat, and well rested... Male or female.

If you're still "looking" #1. smile in your pictures. #2. show more of you doing things. #3. Get in better physical shape. #4 Make her offers she can't refuse. You must appeal to a younger woman; not just "put it out there". It takes an effort on your part to appeal to the needs of the younger women.
