Writing and reading for some people is their better form of communication, while others communicate better verbally, he may well be one of the latter. In the Unitarian Church the only person that speaks for the congregation is the president, everyone else only speaks for themselves and the ministers should understand that. It should be your job to tell the minister how to best reach you.

@St-Sinner Not in the least, the Democratic party has pushed mail=in voting for decades, while the repubulican party has pushed in person voting for decades. The demographic of the typical mail-in voter skews democratic, older and female. PA counts the mail-in after the in-person so the numbers will always skew after the polls close since hand counting is slower than machine counting. If PA counted their votes like TX, where ballots are opened, compared and allowed to be cured as they come in, then fed into the counters begining at 7am election day, then when the polls closed, you would see a huge democratic lead that would slowly reduce as the votes trickled in.
