Depending on the level of classification, there are varying levels of accountability for its storage and distruction. This includes working papers as well as finished documents. If you'd like more info let me know.

Well for this very reason we are not discussing going after Trump One can only be pardoned of a crime and that crime must be defined. To pardon someone from something they have not been indicted for is not possible. Mike Flynn was pardoned of his convictions , not what he thought about.

You are so very wrong, as long as the period of time is specifiied and has expired, a president can pardon anyone for any federal crime know and unknown. see Ford's pardon of Nixon. Accepting a pardon does not require you to admit guilt. It does set that person up to be required to testify in the future since anything that they say cannot be used to convict them so no 5th amendment exclusion.
