The bridge steel will be recycled to remove the impurities, but they still haven't done the necessary engineering studies on the re usability of the footings or if they will have to be replaced. @Betty This is only their second year, so there are only about 10 canes. Last year almost none made it into the house, some might make it this year, but they are still going to be few enough that they will be table fruit. The season will probably stretch over 2 months, so even though I will probably get a couple of gallons, there won't be a surplus at any time.
