I am hoping we can do even better thanks to the states that have legalized marijuana and we might get Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado as well. It might not be immediately but New Mexico would be willing which has a border with Mexico which would allow for Colorado even if the other two held back until they found out how much they and California were interdependent on each other economically.

With a little luck we can at least have California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii in the West with the potential to add Mexico and Canada to the group which would give us the most productive and wealthy country in the world by GPD.
