I just unfollow them, then am very careful not to react to anything they post, even if they tag me. I turned tagging off too, so i have to approve a tag. I have relatives that are complete opposites of me, but I still want to know what is going on in the family. Before you respond to something that makes you mad, wait several hours, if you still feel like you need to respond, wait a few more. Arguing on facebook is like trying to teach a pig to sing, it is a waste of time.

The largest Texas counties now allow voters to go to any voting location in their county to vote, not just their local precinct. Early voting starts Oct 13. I expect lines. but I am right across the street from one of the early voting locations, so I can just walk there and see what the wait time is. When i voted in the primary and runoff they had a good system for contactless voting.

I knew families that ate it when I was growing up in SW Louisiana. A few years ago it started spreading in the city I live in. I have to cut it back and it still spreads. The plant has a large bulbous root that will send up new shoots for years. Even digging the root out only spreads the plant, as each small rootlet will grow into a new plant. I've tried a lot of different survival food, but Poke is way too much work.
