Those 300 pages are just the foreign intelligence portion that by law must me presented seperately to the gang of 8. We have no idea of the size of the real report. No way Barr could have done much more than read the executive summary and then only lifted 60 words, not even a complete sentence from the executive summary. the meat of the report is in the weeds and until it is released there will be many more questions than answers.

At least one more states needs to ratify the amendment before any legal challenges can be made to it's non passage due to the length of time. 37 states have voted to approve it. There is sufficent legal question as to whether the end date inserted into the amendment was in and of itself enough to give it an end date for ratification. The argument is for far better legal minds than mine.
